"Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
(2 TIM. 2:15)
We, today, live in "the dispensation of the grace of God" to us Gentiles. This dispensation, or program, which God is now conducting is a new program and it is different from His program with the nation of Israel. In this present dispensation, God's program with Israel is set aside and remains temporarily in abeyance, and the "time past" status of Israel being "nigh" to God and the Gentiles being "far off", no longer exists. (Romans 11:11 25; Ephesians 2:11 22) According to the apostle Paul in Ephesians 3:1 6, the revelation of this present dispensation, or program, was something God first made known and committed unto him.

Israel's Kingdom Gospel and Our Grace Gospel
by Matthew Mcgee ©
The Apostle Paul and the Apostle Peter each preached the gospel, the good news. But upon close examination of just what they were saying, it is apparent that their messages were different from one another. What is Dispensational Bible study?
The term ;"dispensation"; is a Biblical word that means Economy,or house-law. God has given house-laws throughout human account. Some are specific to a particular people during a specified time period . The present dispensation(or age) we dwell in is called the ;"dispensation of the grace of God."; The existing dispensation began with the conversion of Saul of Tarsus who became the Apostle Paul (Acts 15:9).
This dispensation will finish with the pre-tribulation appearing of Christ who will snatch up the church (known as the rapture)out of this Earth(1 thessalonians 4:16,17.) The church in this immediate age is called "the Body of Christ".
The crucified and risen Christ is declared to mankind in the brightness of the revelation, known as "the Mystery", thru the Apostle Paul . This mystery was hidden thru out all the ages, and was revealed by Jesus Christ to the Apostle Paul only.(Ephesians 3:1 thru 5). This gospel declared by the church is called the "gospel of the grace of God."
Dispensationalism is indeed a biblical concept - the apostle Paul expressed that a dispensation of the gospel was entrusted unto him in (1 Cor. 9:17;) he stated also that the dispensation of the grace of God was given to him (Eph. 3:2,) and he expressed that the dispensation of God was given to him(Col. 1:25.)
And since Paul makes a differentation between Israel and the church in many passages, Dispensationalists recognize Israel and the church as two separate entities.
The Apostle Paul as the Apostle to the uncirmcision(Gentiles),and the Apostle Peter as the apostle to the circumcision(Jews).(Galatians 2:7:)
